The Beijing key laboratory of clean vehicle was established in 2001, with the overall positioning of scientific research, technical services and personnel training for low emission vehicles. A comprehensive research platform, which features new energy resources and low emission power, vehicle emission test, automotive electronic control and noise control, has been formed. Many technologies, such as the new energy vehicle application technology, motor electronic control technology and clean power technology, have been at the leading domestic level, and some of them approaches the international advanced level.
