According to the arrangements of Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs on major-changing issues in 2018-2019 (1), the selection of major-changing applicants is organized under the guidance of “Receiving Major-changing Students Program of SME in 2018-2019(1)” and principles of fairness, justness and openness.
